施術中はお電話に出られないことが多いため、

LUCIA　利用規約

 ･スタジオへの入室は予約時間の５~１０分前にお願い致します。

･レッスン、施術時間に遅れる場合はご連絡いただくようお願い致します。遅刻のご連絡がなく予約時間から２０分以上経過した場合は当日キャンセル扱いとさせていただきます。

＜キャンセル料について＞

・前日までのキャンセルにつきましてはキャンセル料は頂戴しません。

・当日キャンセルにつきましては基本いかなる場合も１００％、またはチケット１回分消化させて頂きます。例外としてご本人の病気、もしくはご家族の病気で看病が必要な場合のキャンセル料につきましては料金の半額分をキャンセル料として次回に現金で頂戴させて頂きます。当日ご連絡がない場合においてはキャンセル料が発生しますのでご注意ください。

・台風など災害で公共交通機関が動いていない場合の当日キャンセルにつきましてはキャンセル料は頂戴しませんがご連絡をよろしくお願い致します。

 ・ご予約の変更はできる限り対応致しますが、当スタジオは一日のご予約人数が数名と限りがございますので、度重なるご予約の変更はお控えくださいますようお願い致します。

LUCIA Terms of Use

・Please enter the studio 5–10 minutes before your reserved time.

・If you will be late for your lesson or treatment, please contact us in advance.

If we do not receive any notice and more than 20 minutes have passed from your reserved time, your appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation.

・Please keep your valuables within sight or manage them yourself.

The studio is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.

・The studio is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur inside the studio.

・The effects of lessons and treatments vary among individuals.

Some may feel results in a short period of time, while others may take longer.

Please note that our programs do not guarantee specific results.

Cancellation Policy

・No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made up to the day before your appointment.

・For same-day cancellations, a 100% fee or one session from your ticket/package will be charged in all cases.

As an exception, if you or a family member becomes ill and requires care, the cancellation fee will be half the regular amount, to be paid in cash at your next visit.

If you do not contact us on the day of your appointment, the cancellation fee will apply.

・If public transportation is suspended due to natural disasters such as typhoons, no cancellation fee will be charged for same-day cancellations. However, please make sure to contact us.

・We will accommodate appointment changes whenever possible; however, as we accept only a limited number of clients per day, please refrain from making frequent changes to your reservations.
